We’ve spent
the day at sea. The sky has varied from blue to grey; most of the day has been
shrouded in clouds. We are rolling a bit in what must be about 12 foot seas,
maybe more.
Tonight, we
ate at the Chef’s Table and had a five-course menu inspired by China’s
Cantonese and Huaiyang cuisine. It was very delicious with each course having
its own wine pairing.
