The clouds were low again this morning.
We started out along the Fraser River, but just past Lyton, we began to follow the Thompson River.
We enjoyed the sunny day with a glimpse of distant mountains.
We drove through a lovely valley on the way to Williams Lake.
We were back along the Fraser River as we drove into Quesnel.
Quesnel is a logging center. The city is built around a huge lumber plant. Here are 2 photos of log piles, but they don't do justice to the sheer volume of logs in the city.
We are just outside Prince George this evening. The RV park is basic and buggy, but it's not raining.
