The weary travelers arrived in Glasgow yesterday morning after watching the sun rise in Reykjavik.  

 

 

We boarded the plane for the last leg of our flight -

We were met by Keith Mason. He and Penny are perfect host and hostess. Keith's mother and my mother met and began a life-long friendship when they were 10 years old. We feel like we are part of each other's family.

Here we are today at lunch with Penny and Keith's daughter Sophie -  delicious food and wonderful company -

Tomorrow, we set off on our train journey to Helmsley to begin our walk on the Cleveland Way.
